2. Age Requirement (Tobacco 21 Law)

• You must be 21+ to access or purchase from Elements Vape.

• We verify age at checkout and may require ID upload or adult signature.

• Attempting to bypass age verification is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Information & Health Disclaimer

• Vape products contain nicotine, a highly addictive chemical.

• Products are for adult smokers only, not intended for minors, pregnant individuals, or those with certain medical conditions.

• Elements Vape is not responsible for misuse or improper handling of products.

4. Ordering & Payment

• Orders require successful age verification.

• Prices and availability may change without notice.

• Order Cancellations: ELEMENTS Vape reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion due to suspected fraud, failed age verification, payment verification issues, shipping restrictions, product unavailability or out-of-stock items, pricing or inventory errors, or any other reason necessary to comply with applicable laws or protect our business. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Shipping (Illinois-Compliant)

• Adult signature (21+) required for all vape deliveries in USA.

• We cannot ship to locations with local vape restrictions.

• Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final except defective hardware.

• Defects must be reported within 12 hours with proof.

• E-liquids, disposables, pods, and coils cannot be returned.

    At ELEMENTS Vape, customer satisfaction is important to us.

    • Refunds are available for canceled orders that have not yet shipped.
    • Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used vape products cannot be returned or refunded.
    • If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a replacement, store credit when appropriate.
    • If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, you may choose a replacement product or receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

7. Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply where available.

• Elements Vape does not guarantee device performance beyond the manufacturer’s terms.

8. Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

• Resell products without written authorization

• Interfere with the website or payment system

• Use bots to purchase products

• Upload malware or harmful content
